Mindfulness and posture

When Iā€™m walking down the street I notice my body and my movement. In the winter I walk fast, my body is bowed and stiffed, the head is trying to cover from the rain or wind, the gaze is not forward because there is not much to see due to the darkness, you can barely see people.
In the summer the whole body is relaxed and open. The chest is open, the legs are thrown away from the torso in kind of uncaring way.
