ABOUT ME

I divide my life into 2. In the first part (since the age of 16), I worked on my self-confidence and self-esteem as it was in desperate shape.
I did all the internal work and self-development I could, drinking knowledge about Buddhism and different self-help techniques. Tackling issues like fear of public speaking, social anxieties, depression, people-pleasing, and a general sense of low self-worth.

At the age of 32, I embarked on a new path, bought a one-way ticket to Australia, and studied to become a Yoga teacher. The combination of movement with personal development struck me, holistically completing the process.

Being in Australia was the first point of my journey, and since then I lived in South Africa, Crete, England, and North of Israel, collecting more and more insights along the way. During this time, by myself in the world, I have delved into different practices of healing, therapy, and self-development. Learning and experiencing different ways of life, different groups of people, and different approaches.

My journey came to a steady ground in Amsterdam, NL. I have found a home here and continued to study, embodiment coaching skills and NLP (neurolinguistic programming).
