I do not envy. I mean I worked on jealousy as one of the first things in my spiritual journey.
When I say worked I mean that I usually do a “workshop” on emotion. In this workshop I test and explore the emotion, if its effect on me is negative I try to manage it.
So, like anger management, I went through envy management.
The Art of BEING
When I am meditating, not stressed to DO something, my brain is free and available for other activities, such as, observing thoughts and limiting believes, creating space between thoughts, exploring deep concepts, contemplating.
After a session of meditation I often feel that I reached some kind of enlightenment, I get insights and clarity. I feel growth personally and mentally. On other cases I feel refreshed and awake, like after a power nap.
Let go of who you think you are, and become who you truly are
Anger management with Pranayma (breathing techniques)
Whenever I encounter a moment in life that irritate and raising my stress levels, I start exhaling deeply and intensely long exhalations. With sound.
I focus on my breath, I deliberately exhale slowly, and make a sound while I blow the stress out.
Sometimes from the mouth and sometimes from the nostrils.
Working with Bandhas
When we say lock, we are talking about activating the muscles in the specific area, this movement of lifting the muscles (very internal) and engage them creates a “lock” inside our body that can “hold” the energy (prana or apana) it can shift and move energy.
Activating the Bandhas prevent injuries in the joints.
