Holistic Yoga

Why?

We know Yoga Asana (postures) is here to help us improve our internal and external health systems. Yoga Brings body and mind together in a special sequence of movement and theory.

What?


Holistic Yoga, which is what I offer, is a session that is not only about Asana. The session is holistic as we are looking into several aspects of your life. Holistic Yoga is about talking or being still, dancing, shaking, meditating, or pondering and raising questions, as much as moving into and from postures. Holistic Yoga combines the inner and outer worlds that comprise us as humans.

How?

1-1 session. This is not a class with 10-30 students, it is at the comfort of your house (or mine). The intimacy of a private session provides both of us the space to go within and focus on YOUR needs.

Where?


The session is either at your house, or mine (Amsterdam Zuidoost).

Whether you are a beginner in Yoga and never tried it before, or you are a master in headstands and a flexible agile mofo, Holistic Yoga is DEEPER. It touches on personal development and growth. It is not only a bodily movement but an internal one as well. We don’t only focus on body achievements, we focus on the holistic effect on the body AND mind. We talk, we breathe, we move in different ways, and we use the space and session to explore life as a human.
